The tendency is for a natural person to look for change from outside, and to regard highly what God regards lowly. But the way of the kingdom of God is to know that change comes from inward spiritual transformation; it is as this goes on that the outward begins to change. The Lord is calling us again to indeed seek FIRST His kingdom, and other external things will be added. Enough of letting the world set a goal for us. There is the truth of God about change, and it is in following God with total abandonment. God is looking for people He can trust, whose hearts are fully His. That is the gospel of change |
